WHO AM I? (Father and I)

"There's so much around me that I'm trying to fight. Seems like I won't make it. These, all these.... Just too much for me. I can't take it anymore! All those I looked up to have failed me. All of them! Not one of them was worth it. Everywhere and everyone I turn to. They turn out just the same. Dead ends!"

"Son, why do you talk this way? Why are you saying these things? "

"I don't understand father. All my foundations are destroyed! I really thought I could make it. All my friends are gone. They can't bear to see what I've become. I'm a failure Papa. I fail at everything. I'm sure you're very disappointed in me. All you commanded me to do, all your expectations and dreams for me.... I failed at all of them. All! I couldn't even put a smile on your face once. I'm really sorry."

"Oh... Love. Can't you see? Don't you see that it's not over yet. Open your eyes and see. Look around you...."

"No dad! I know you're only trying to reassure me. I can see that there's nothing out there for me anymore. Nobody wants me anymore and even if they did, I can't afford another mistake. I can't try again.... Please, don't make me try. I know you have expectations but I really can't live up to them anymore. I've tried everything Papa. Don't wait for me anymore because I can never be what you hope for me. I'll never be good enough."

"Listen to me friend. You are everything to me. I gave you a name. I gave you an Identity. I gave you my First born. I gave you my Spirit. I have given you everything. I have poured myself into you. I have invested so much in you. Too much to ever let you go. You are the Love of my life, you are my dearest friend, my first choice. No matter what you think you've done, all these remain the same. Don't let anything or anyone make you think otherwise. Nothing! Nothing can take you away from me."

"Who am I then? Why do you insist on staying with me despite all my disappointments? Why do you do so much for me? Why are you here? Why do you insist on staying? I don't deserve you! I'm simply not worth it!"

"You are MINE! That's what you are. My creation! My Friend! My Son! My love!
 All I ever wanted was to love you. You were created from love. My love! Only my love can sustain you. That's why you always feel insecure Son. You feel insecure and incapable because you have not embraced my love. I didn't create you to live up to some expectations or to walk by some rules. No! I created you so I could lavish my love on you! Please, don't turn away now. Don't deny me this..... I only want to love you back to where you are meant to be. Let me do this. Trust me son, you have to trust me."

THE RIGHT NOW FAVOR OF THE LORD

Grace, God's unmerited favor, is simply as amazing as it sounds. It's unmerited. It's undeserved. It can't be bought. It can't be influenced by human efforts. It's not in any way the product of man's works.

This is a new month and I believe we all should look forward to a great outpouring of God's unmerited favor on our lives. I believe the set time to favor you is NOW! Wherever you turn, North, East, South or West, expect God's favor. Anticipate it. It will surely accompany you.

You really have not seen or heard all the amazing things God has planned for you. All you have to do is believe him for his best today. You may be in the middle of a major crisis right now. I challenge you to take your focus off that crisis situation and focus on Christ RIGHT NOW. He will surely do a quick work in that situation.

Whether you are aware of it or not, God's favor has always been at work in you. This season is however one of greater favor than you have ever experienced. Please, do not lose your confidence in God. He is sure to come through for you. He is making all things new already. He has prepared a feast, a great banquet, and he has sent open invitations to you all. COME, he says. COME and partake freely of this great feast. His favor is so rich and surplus at this time. Just know that he is on your side, making all things work out for your good RIGHT NOW.

All you have to do is to give him a "RIGHT NOW" praise for your "RIGHT NOW" miracle. It's happened already. His favor has made it come through for you.

THE SPIRIT OF FAITH (A book review)

Simply Breathtaking! There is such a sweet atmosphere of worship all around this song and I'm sure you'll sense it too. You've got to be blessed by this.

This is Vashawn Mitchell's latest single "Nobody Greater".
I belive Vashawn is one of the new generals God has raised to declare his glory in this present age.
